TTD Board Member Issues Legal Notice to Film Unit Over Devotional Song

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Board member G. Bhanu Prakash Reddy has issued a legal notice to Niharika Entertainment and the makers of the upcoming film DD Next Level, accusing them of hurting the sentiments of Lord Venkateswara’s devotees.

In a video statement, Reddy said the film used ‘Govindanamam’ in a disrespectful manner, prompting the legal action. He also announced plans to file a Rs. 100 crore defamation suit against the production house, warning that such misuse of devotional content would not be tolerated in the future.
