Theater Strike and Alleged Conspiracy Behind ‘Hari Hara Veeramallu’ Release
A major controversy has erupted over the planned theater strike in both Telugu states starting June 1, amid claims of a conspiracy to disrupt the release of Pawan Kalyan’s much-anticipated film Hari Hara Veeramallu, scheduled for June 12. The coincidence of the theater shutdown coinciding with the film’s release has raised suspicions about foul play. In response to these allegations, Andhra Pradesh’s Cinematography Minister, K. Durgesh, has ordered an investigation into the matter.
Concerns are also being raised about the involvement of four prominent figures in the film industry who might be behind the strike. The Jana Sena Party has called for a comprehensive report to be prepared and submitted to the Home Secretary. The investigation will also focus on how the theater strike may impact various films and government revenues.
