Former MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi Taken to Hospital After Court Appearance

Former MLA and YSRCP leader Vallabhaneni Vamsi, arrested in connection with the alleged kidnapping of key witness Satyavardhan in the Gannavaram TDP office attack case, was produced before the SC/ST special court on Tuesday.

Vamsi informed the court of serious health issues, prompting the judge to order police to shift him to a hospital for medical treatment. The court also extended his remand until Wednesday and directed his lawyer to submit a medical report. Police investigations revealed Vamsi and his associates allegedly kidnapped and assaulted the witness to influence his testimony.
