IPL 2025 to Resume on May 17, Final on June 3

The BCCI has announced that the Indian Premier League will resume on May 17, following a brief suspension due to India-Pakistan hostilities. The final is scheduled for June 3. Matches will be held in Bengaluru, Jaipur, Delhi, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai, with play-off venues yet to be decided. The league restarts with RCB vs KKR in Bengaluru, followed by a Sunday double-header. The previously halted PBKS vs DC match will now take place in Jaipur on May 24. Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata miss out on league fixtures due to security and weather concerns.
