Sandeep Kumar Sultania Appointed as Telangana’s New Finance Secretary

IAS officer Sandeep Kumar Sultania has been appointed as the new finance secretary of Telangana. A 1998 batch officer, Sultania replaces K. Rama Krishna Rao, a 1991 batch IAS officer, who recently took charge as the state’s chief secretary.

The appointment was confirmed through a government order issued by the Telangana chief secretary. Sultania previously served as the secretary for youth services and sports, and brings extensive administrative experience to his new role.
